I can't find any information about this place. It was a power station, though with no waterway, I don't know how power was generated - it seems to be too far from 18 mile creek. Possibly built and owned by the Niagara, Lockport and Ontario Power Company, which later became Niagara Mohawk - though I'm only assuming this from a few mentions on the web. It would make sense...
